East Texas Council of Governments

ETCOG provides assistance and support for communities throughout East Texas. Through grants from the Economic Development Administration ETCOG can help communities through Technical Assistance, Public Works Grants and demographic information. ETCOG also supports Economic Development efforts through workforce training and development. Finally, ETCOG provides direct support to small businesses throughout the State of Texas through the East Texas Regional Development Company and its SBA 504 Small Business Loan Program.
